For a first course, curly pasta with ink fish, squid and ricotta and a Salinara risotto, raw nassa shrimps, marinaded in lemon and aromatic herbs, wild fennel scented sword fish skewers or crunchy citrus flavored octopus, aubergine pie and squid with goat’s cheese served with malvasia, or an excellent caponata.

Our recipes are mainly inspired by Aeolian, as well as Sicilian, tradition and it could be no different since our guests, mostly tourists, are curious to taste this cuisine which is characterized by the use of aromatic herbs that enhance the flavors of mainly fish-based dishes.
